Pros
The CEO Jacob is very nice , smart and is a great boss and friend. Merchant23 is a great company to work for. You get a bonus a few times out of the year , great pay , Jacob is a very understanding person. He is very dedicated to the company and make’a sure his employees are well taken care of. If anyone wants to say any other whys , they are full of it. Jacob treats us all like family and yes he lets us work remote if we need to but other than that we are in the office Monday - Friday 9am-6:.30pm .

You don’t have to come to work a lot cause the ‘CEO’ just doesn’t come in.
Cons
Illegal deals, late pay checks, blatant lies from founder, questionable ethics.
