Have worked in the company in my initial days of career and I have learned the most in the assignments I worked on. The management helps company's resources/ employees in their learning path and also gives an environment to take challenge and fail fast. This was important for me to try new things, find my strength areas. It had helped me immensely in my next innings. Mercom gave me equal opportunity to grow and take flexible work timing when required and did not discriminate on the basis of gender. Overall I had a good working culture and learning experience in the company.
