      Pros

      Merrill is a small family-owned company where employees get to enjoy many company hosted events throughout the year. Also owners are family oriented and listen to what employees have to say. Merrill coworkers are extremely welcoming and friendly. I enjoy working here. Family oriented and flexible schedules as well as great benefits.

      Cons

      Merrill Manufacturing could do a better job of being present at the schools to introduce young people to the opportunities available at Merrill.
