      Pros

      Great and visionary CEO who care about his employees. People here are given with so much autonomy to be creative and strategic with their job. They do a great job at training you and support you to learn new skills. The work culture is excellent. During my tenure, I have been encouraged to take up new tasks and challenges which resulted in my career growth.
