      Pros

      Smaller company but everyone is friendly and helpful. Learned lots while there and really enjoyed the company.

      Cons

      Access to resources can sometimes be a bit limited but people are willing to work with one another to try and make sure things continue running smoothly.

      Unique products. One of only a few epitaxial companies globally. Excellent opportunities for R&D via government funding.

      Cons

      Small company with modest resources. Not attractive to top talent. Expensive health care benefits that seem to diminish each year.
