- Fast-paced, super collaborative work environment - Great at supporting remote work - Fun office culture and great location for in-person employees (Cambridge's Kendall Square) - Compensation structure that's transparent and competitive (for a start-up) - Room to grow for everyone - Great work-life balance - people are encouraged to use their time off and schedules are flexible to make it easier to travel and get outside when the weather is nice
Cons
- Lack of mentorship for senior employees, due to being so small and young - Meeting-heavy for some - Profit-centric business plan means some decisions have been driven by near-term accounting needs in the past
