      Supportive onboarding and great learning environment for junior developers

      I recently completed my onboarding at Miratech as a Junior .NET Full-Stack Developer, and the experience has been very positive. The onboarding process was well-structured and helped me understand both the technical environment and the company culture. The team is supportive, and there is a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing, which is very helpful for junior developers. Mentors and colleagues are always willing to help and answer questions.

      As with any growing company, there is a lot to learn at the beginning, which can feel overwhelming at times. However, the support from the team makes this manageable
