      Pros

      As a designer for branding and digital campaigns, I’ve been able to pitch, storyboard, and execute campaigns using AI art tools, motion design, and even 3D illustrations. Shivani Ma’am encourages us to pitch bold ideaseven when clients are conservative. I led the visual concept for a crypto campaign that’s now being mirrored by competitors. That felt good.

      Last-minute ad-hoc design asks during weekends can disrupt flow.

      Mobiloitte doesn’t treat SEO as a checkbox. As an SEO Executive, I’ve been allowed to contribute to meaningful strategies like schema markup integration, AEO/voice optimization, AI-generated meta testing, and detailed keyword clustering. Weekly meetings with the content team let me align better with their editorial plans, and I even got to lead a mini site audit under Shivani Ma’am's mentorship. This is not a role where you're just fixing broken links you're optimizing a real ecosystem.

      Often projects are pushed urgently, leading to shortcut-style implementations.
