-Strong team bonding with no politic -Boss is fair and good. Respect his employee. Believe in marketing. -No strict hierarchy system. Everyone can give their creative idea and if it is good, it will be used. -Good starting spot for budding marketing professional. -A place where you can pick up and touch base with many aspect of marketing
Cons
-Limited career progression. -Office layout is not very modern -Boss pick up idea fast, but also drop them fast. You can see it as a double-edged sword. When the idea is good, he will double down. When the idea has slow progress, he might shut it down very fast. Pace can change accordingly -Basic welfare, not too much. The bare minimum. -Because it is a SME. Business can take a big drop when market does not favor its business.
