      Pros

      You grow.You develop. You find what you are looking for through time, work ethic, and great leaders that teach you more than you thought you could be taught.Everyone saying that it is a scam or a terrible job, you are what you say you are. This life is what you make it. This "Job" teaches you what I mean.

      You have to actually work, You have to actually ask questions, You have to think for yourself, You have to take ownership of your life

      Pros

      Ive been working with the company for 4 weeks now so im still new but so far i love the company and what they represent, Ive been working in different marketing fields and with different companies but there values and team work is non existent. I love the team environment and the people I work with I got promoted to the second stage fairly quickly I can’t wait until I start building my own team and watching them develop as I have.

      Finding balance is a bit hard at first

      Pros

      Great experience so far I was looking for a change from my everyday routing and all the past jobs I’ve had mostly in call centers and working behind the scenes . I wanted to get more physical exposure especially since I love working with people and just overall helping them. So it’s been great to work directly with people and still learn so much in a field I’ve been in for over 10 years. I guess you never sto learning in life.

      Cons

      Took some getting use to being on my feet was not something I was use to. But great for my legs now.
