      Offices next to the factory

      Cons

      All Top Management is French, so do not wonder if you sit in a meeting and they suddenly switch to French with no regards to the rest of the people in the room Very old premises and offices, lack of modern common spaces No employee benefits except discount on Montblanc products

      Pros

      - nice Colleagues - very fair salary - changing culture - very nice benefits: canteen, company pension scheme, washing service, networking events etc. - possibilities to present your own ideas - interesting mix of an international headquarter and a manufacture. - very international - flexible working hours Montblanc is always searching for new - the company is always interested in improvement!

      Cons

      - the location of the company is not so nice (Lurup), not in the city center - the offices are not so nice - agility needs improvement
