      Growing and full of promise, bumpy at times but well worth the ride.

      Pros

      The company is growing fast and there is excitement in that. Management is working to facilitate that growth while working to achieve client goals. Almost every employee seems to want to grow with the company and many young and talented people are given a crash course in casino advertising. You're thrown right into the madness of fast-paced advertising and given the chance to flourish and you can quickly earn the opportunity to be valuable member of the team. And of all the places I've worked, this is the first place where the owners are truly interested in their employees well being and in their lives. It's not the ground floor because the company is 13 years old but it does have the feel of being in the early stages of something special.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is controlled chaos and if you're used to a slow pace or if you're new to the workplace it can be overwhelming.
