      Great first role in digital marketing

      Pros

      Had a great manager and team that helped my development and recognised when i wanted to contribute above and beyond the role requirements. Supported development and genuinely listened to new ideas.

      Cons

      Office is a bit out of the way and lacks some of the leisure activities many agencies seem to have these days.

      Good place to work, relaxed enough atmosphere. A lot of work to do but still a nice place to work each day.

      None really. Would be nice if location in City Centre.
