Pros

Have worked for many small companies and here at MS3 the culture and the people really does make it a true family feel. The people coming out of the training program are very sharp and the trainer ensures they are ready to support customers. Well Done!

Cons

Growing pains are expected but could see more movement on updating policies and benefits to be inline with modern companies but HR seems a little slow to make any changes.

One of my favorite things about working at MS3 is how connected and friendly everyone are. No matter the team someone works with, they are more than happy to meet and get to know you. The culture is amazing and it truly resonates throughout the entire company.
