Pros
Company is comprised of team players who are talented, hard-working and genuinely nice people. Employees are valued here and they try to promote from within. Great pool of clients to worth with. Family lunch once a week, variety of snacks and beverages available, monthly happy hour, great Union Square location, casual atmosphere.
Cons
Lack of resources, small workspace. No flexible hours or work from home policy. Long work days, very strict with personal, sick and vacation days. Hard to get coverage when you do have the ability to take a vacation because its such a small company. Pay is somewhat competitive.

Multimedia Plus is a wonderful place to work with amazing and loyal leadership. They truly make everyone feel apart of the team and value everyone's work and participation as we continue to grow. A wonderful client list with huge growth potential along with a happy group of co-workers that make coming to work enjoyable.
