      The environment is very comfortable No Pressure From Management Option to work from home Open door policy Not cliquish like most companies tend to get Senior personnel seek to educate and grow the careers of junior personnel

      Cons

      Support problems vary from day to day so it's difficult to get proficient in one area. Phone lines can get a little busy - phone system could use an update.
