Pros
Fast-paced work environment. Company is growing strong. Strong leadership. Not a lot of politics. Many employees have been there for quite a long time. Love my manager. Great work-life balance with flex hours. Fun employee events.
Cons
I have no cons so far. I have enjoy this company and look forward to continuing my growth here!

Pros
Great place to work, long term employment and room for growth. Lots of training available in all areas of work. Good medical, family oriented, very understanding. Put in the hard work and you will be taken care of. Happy productive environment. You can start at the bottom and educate yourself into a higher position.
Cons
So many good people it takes a few years to move up.
