      Great way to enter the telecommunications space with a great team

      Pros

      With aptitude, this company will be a great place to enter the work space with something to prove. You constantly strive to make the clients happy and strive vigorously to accomplish a easy to manage list of clients and ticketing software. The management maintained a high level of integrity and would reinforce its employees even when a customer was irate (not at the fault of the technicians) and would always support the staff.

      Cons

      I was not aware of the extent of familiarity with all clients products and services that I would be responsible for managing. With support from the team this was no longer an issue with hard work and diligence.

      Pros

      Fun work environment. The people are great. The job is challenging in a fun way. You will learn new things every day. Free snacks/drinks. Room to grow.

      Cons

      It’s hard to train someone on everything they will encounter. Some areas need better documentation. With that said, the ability to think critically and use your resources goes a long way here. Hardly any female staff. It’s very male dominated.
