A lot of companies only claim to be employee-centric, but I can sincerely say this has been the culture and business strategy that I have experienced here at NAKA. The executive team is balanced by their individual leadership strengths, which promotes growth, accountability, respect and inclusiveness. The employees seem genuinely happy with their work-life balance and the professional growth I have achieved at NAKA in two years has surpassed the previous 10 years I have spent in the industry.
