I worked as a Graphic Designer at Nemo Design for about 1 year. As a small, boutique brand design agency in Portland, the team is tight-knit and highly collaborative, with a lot of opportunities to wear multiple hats in the creative process.Great company culture with friendly colleagues and passionate creatives.Real freedom to contribute ideas and influence project outcomes — this feels more like a creative studio than a corporate environment.
Cons
As with many creative agencies, busier periods can ramp up quickly with tight timelines.
