Rapid expansion of business creates opportunities for growth, but comes with frequent reorganization

Constant leadership and structural changes, cuts, and layoffs

No work life balance. Dates for projects are set by leadership without a plan and just expect it to get completed. This results in more problems than necessary and failure to meet timelines. And failures to meet timelines reflects back among the staff, not those setting the dates since this just keeps repeating itself. No opportunity for growth. Cannot say how much I’ve heard about all these opportunities when it comes to positions, but the only opportunities I’ve seen are staff reductions. There are very few opportunities for growth and more just managing the chaos of day to day. Not learning anything new.
