Growth isn’t taken very seriously. Career progression is never really clear. I don’t feel like people are truly rewarded for the good work they do. I also feel like there’s not enough transparency going on in terms of brand health and if we’ll see layoffs in the future or not. There’s nothing being done to boost the culture or employee morale. Not the biggest fan of the president of holistic health.

The organization restructured twice and I wouldn’t be surpsied if it did again

Company is large so growth will be slow but you have enough people to get the job done. I heard there was a large round of layoffs in May and could be more coming with divesting.
