Unfortunately I think some people have used this platform to try and smear an incredible organization based on individual one-off frustrations. I have seen this organization change the lives of countless individuals for the better, including my own. This is a company where hard work pays off and success is definitely attainable. I joined the organization in an entry-level position and have been given ample opportunity to grow even when the more logical move may have been for them to go and hire someone externally with more experience. Culture of promoting from within Great product Leadership that cares Attainable goals - well over 50% of sales team hits annual targets every year and all who hit are invited to President's Club incentive. The company has grown rapidly over the last few years and with that, there have naturally been growing pains, especially in finance and HR, but overall a great place to work.
