Employer Terminates without reason. Employer terminates without notice. Employer will argue they don't want to pay you a higher salary, Employer hires from upwork to cut costs or out of country to cut costs. Will demand you do unethical things in terms of competitors. Disregard for mental health. Tenure doesn't matter. Constantly blames mistakes made by the management team on you, even when you show proof of what was demanded by the CEO.
