NextPage creates an environment where employee empowerment is more than just a nice word to stick on motivational posters. Everyone is incredibly driven, extremely bright, and easy to work with. Some of the brightest people that I've had the pleasure of being acquainted with were my co-workers there. Senior management does a great job at keeping everyone on the same page and encouraging communication between departments.
Cons
The only potential downside of working at NextPage is its volatility- its still a reasonably small company and even though its currently thriving, there have been tense moments when funding was hard to come by.
