Since the product development is done only by part time members, we can gain a lot of experience from front end to back end and infrastructure related. Employees also take the time to provide guidance, so even inexperienced students can acquire technical skills. Working hours are very flexible. Also, depending on the development situation, you can be involved in a variety of tasks if you request it.

Cons

Since the development of internal tools, etc. is the main focus and is separated from the company's projects, understanding of the company is limited. Also, for better or worse, information management is strict, so in some cases you may not be able to see some internal documents.
