Nitsch Engineering has an employee rating of 3.9 out of 5 stars, based on 17 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there. The Nitsch Engineering employee rating is in line with the average (within 1 standard deviation) for employers within the Construction, repair and maintenance industry (3.7 stars).
I’ve been working at Nitsch for almost 20 years now and I’ve stayed for three main reasons: company leadership actively cares about each employee as a person with a whole life, the company provides so much room for professional growth and development, and my coworkers are awesome.
I can't emphasize how much I love this company enough. I am not usually a "kool-aid" drinker but these people are amazing. I've never worked for a company that really believes and embodies their core values. It's usually something that sits on the wall and is left undiscussed.
I've also never seen a staff so engaged, across the board. It's been over a year and I'm still so excited to be involved!
Cons
I really can't say anything negative about Nitsch. I was pretty mistrustful of corporate life when I took this position but I can honestly say, for the first time in my life, I could retire here.
