      Pros

      Working here was a great opportunity. Generally relaxed work atmosphere while still being productive. The hours were flexible. Production changes were done in a collaborative fashion.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t always have the time to follow through on positive initiatives quickly.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room to learn how to do new things both from your coworkers and from hands-on experience, which you are able to get a lot of. The environment there is friendly and helpful, and you are able to get to know your coworkers. Additionally, I really respected my bosses because they were knowledgeable on everything that they did while still respecting the input of others.

      Cons

      Occasionally, you may be asked to work overtime but are fairly compensated for that work via pay.

      Pros

      Very fast paced, exciting place to contribute and do good work. Sky is the limit at Novatio - if you have a good idea, you can run with it. They have a great team and focused approach. I have learned a ton working here.

      Cons

      None to think of. Pay is good, and bonuses even better. Hours reasonable - all hands approach on very rare occasions where longer than normal hours are needed, and they compensate everybody for those occasions.
