      Pros

      I've been working for Numan for over a year and have been lucky to have a fantastic team and manager. Beyond that, all stakeholders and people I've worked with in general have been probably the warmest and some of the most talented I've ever worked with. Every job can get tough at times, but I've always felt very supported and even celebrated within my team. Everyone gives their 100% every day, and it shows. Not to mention the atmosphere in the office is always fantastic :)

      Cons

      I think most teams are stretched pretty thin at the moment, so it creates a little tension. The business is growing extremely rapidly, so it can be tough to roll with the changes and whatever is thrown at you last minute. I personally quite enjoy a bit of organised chaos.
