Poor in office procedures. Biest treatment by upper management and unprofessionalism from my direct supervisor. Neglect in many forms by various employees. After exhausting all my possible effort in communication with said management I was forced to resign.
Working with this nonprofit you are helping individuals with disabilities become active members of the community and workforce. This is the most rewarding part of the job
