      Pros

      Obility is lead by a great president and his vision is adopted by all employees. From the top down, it's a very collaborative, positive company.

      Cons

      Obility is a remote-first agency. You can also work at the physical location, but most employees work from home.

      Pros

      There are great people at Obility, and the owner is someone I greatly respect. Even in the most challenging times, he is poised and considers people when making the tough decision. Not every day, you come across a leader who cares about their team and does the right thing, even when it might not make financial sense.
