Pros
Fast paced, great benefits, great people, flexible work schedule. The exposure you will receive from working here can be applied across several industries. This job is challenging but rewarding as well. Fast growing company with good opportunities for those that work hard.
Cons
Supports customers with a wide variety of services. This can feel overwhelming at times and finding the answer is difficult but obtainable.

Pros
Opportunity to work with countless Bay Area tech/startups, present financials to C-level executives, flexible working hours, encouraged to take real vacations, and ability to develop global acumen by managing an offshore team in the Philippines. I was also given an opportunity to spend two weeks in Manila, Philippines training the team. You dont get that chance at too many other places!
Cons
Workload can be unrealistic at times. I'm not a tax professional but expected to do taxes.
