      Good coworkers and projects

      Pros

      I really like my colleagues both here in India and in the home office, though I am mostly interacting with the QA team members only. We are having very good clients and the projects are also quite interesting.

      Cons

      Please ensure that the QA team is always provided with the necessary resources and sufficient time to complete their tasks. In many tech companies, it is common that any delays in the schedule are simply pushed down the line for QA to manage, but we must avoid this. We are doing a fairly good job of recognizing this issue currently, which is beneficial for the entire organization.

      Flexibility is the best part of working here. Although the working time is 8 hours, it is really flexible if you want to leave early one day. Your opinions are valued. You have a lot of say in what can be improved. The company takes regular staff satisfaction surveys. Competitive salary

      Pros

      We have really nice teammates here. The people are friendly, and it is easy to get help if you have some problems with your work. It is also nice that once a year we have a company event where you can actually meet the colleagues who work abroad. The work-life balance and flexibility are good, and we have many benefits like free language courses, MOOCs, and discounts for things like sports, well-being, and transportation. The company is a leader in LCA software, and the staff is very multicultural with more than 12 nationalities. Also, the bonus system has improved a lot over the years. It is a good place to learn because you work every day with experts in LCA, circular economy, and embodied carbon.

      Cons

      The team is working on better coordination and communication between the different teams. This should be a priority.
