      Strong focus on employee well-being and work culture Smooth, well-organised interview process with prompt communication Transparent discussions around culture, growth, and compensation Peaceful Gurgaon office with a positive vibe Good benefits Free breakfast and lunch provided, which is a great plus

      Nothing as of now. Hope the culture and people-first approach remain the same as the company grows and the number of employees increases.

      Pros

      I had 4 rounds of Interview 1 for technical and rest of the 3 are HR based. In first round only technical part is covered, Mostly they focused on the behavioral and extra curricular activities to know abut myself. That was great. In On-boarding process they explained the company values & culture and it was nice and also about the benefits. Benefits they are offering are great.
