      Pros

      I started as Facilities Maintenance. I soon jumped into rebuilding of all types of equipment, then onto aid in design, construct the various proprietary systems, training/leading teams, and currently in the role of Construction Administrator. I have been giving opportunities to advance, learn, and grow with a company that is breaking records, grounds, and excelling above competitors in the field of clean energy. Challenges come and solutions are discovered. Adjustments are made. Progress is constant.

      Cons

      Are there issues that arise? Of course there is. That is what shapes each and every individual, daily. I have never worked at any company in any field that didn't have obstacles. However, at OneH2, we combine knowledge, experience, and ability to resolve issues as quick and safe as possible.

      Company has a strong track record of success and employees are very hardworking, skilled and engaging. Comprehensive benefits packages include health insurance, and other perks Open communication is encouraged, and feedback is taken seriously

      Cons

      With the startup business, business growth is not aligned with the work load and at times it gets overwhelming.
