The whole thing is reputable, and company always try to improve its greatest for its personnel.

Cons

Management blindly have faith on the one who just not good at his technical and methodology. Just because of their blind believes he degrades all those who don’t value him because of his skills and knowledge. Old and existing knows whom to believe whom not, an alarm for all the new joiners please deal the whole thing in specialized manner and retain the whole lot in writing.

Flexible work life balance. Good number of leaves and a perfect holiday plan. Well offered CTC (excluding employer pf, insurance, gratuity, meal coupon etc.) Every employee looks for good compensation with least deduction, work life balance and enough leaves to enjoy personal life. These all you can get it here. And learning which is always here Self-motivation is a key If you are capable enough you may get hike even more than your expectation (as per capability) Sodexo and other extra benefits

Cons

Do not hire freshers. No negative but improvements are always welcome
