      Pros

      OneShield is a great place to work if you’re looking for growth and long-term learning. The people are supportive, approachable, and genuinely collaborative. The work environment is positive and healthy, which makes it easier to stay focused and motivated. From a technical perspective, the stack is modern and relevant — Java, C#, TypeScript, Angular, and other up-to-date tools — which really helps in building strong engineering skills. Overall, it’s a solid company with good culture, good software, and good opportunities to grow.
