Lots of Learning and Development opportunities 4. The org is invested in growing Talent 5. Becoming digitally savvy is a mantra 6. Great place for anyone in HR & Learning to work and learn skills 7. Lots of well- being and other initiatives taking place to ensure a great work life balance

      Cons

      Not really any that I have witnessed. The org is changing for the best and colleagues across the globe have to be invested in it.
