      Pros

      The people are amazing, talented and really care about the mission and culture. The work is interesting, relevant and exciting. The opportunities for junior staff are fantastic.

      Cons

      As a small organisation dependent on governmental and other types of funding arrangements (as well as commercial projects), in the past this has caused some instability (I think this is probably resolved now!).
