      Pros

      This was the most comfortable work experience I've had. The management and workplace culture are excellent. If you're working onsite, you get unlimited coffee, free snacks, and free dinner. (Helps a lot if you're on a tight budget). Highly encourages you to upskill. Chance to work in Norway.

      Cons

      Could be too comfortable for fresh grads.

      Pros

      If you are a fresh graduate and you are looking to kickstart your career, Open iT is a great place to start. The trainings and team buildings will surely help you learn new things and gain new skills. The people in my team are also good to work with and we make sure to help each other out.

      Cons

      For me, as of now, there are none. The company provides me the things that I currently need to further my career.
