Pros

PAR offers many opportunities to grow and learn. The company is great to work for and they are very supportive of their employees. The benefits are wonderful and their are many opportunities to further your education while working for PAR. I highly recommend PAR as a career choice. Working with the staff and the children is very rewarding.
