      Great products, amazing team and possibility to shape the future of optics

      Transparent and respectful communication from management to employees. Once a month a management update meeting takes place. The work is appreciated and valued. There are many options in the company to grow and take ownership. The company is investing in the employees (e.g. leadership program).

      Cons

      The company has ambitious growth goals which a times can be a bit stressful.
