This company is very grow from with-in I started as a teacher and have made my way to Assistant Director in just 2 years! Can't say the same about a lot of other companies

Cons

I will say it is a ratio based business meaning you can be on the schedule 7-4 but you're not guaranteed to get out right at 4 so that is a con for some people.
