Lots of loyalty and pride from the people who have worked there for 20+ years
Cons
Behind on the times in both technology for efficient work flow as well as business decisions, not willing to invest in employees, lack of work life balance, management isn't open to new ideas for company improvement.

Not a good place to work, bullyish management techniques. Throw you to the wolves.

There are some employees who will look out for you, pay is on scale with the industry.
Cons
Broken promises, little to no training or assistance. Sales and engineering staff will both not work with you but make every attempt to derail progress. Absolutely no diversity or inclusion.
