Pros
Very friendly people in the office. Comradery with many of the people in the front office for many years. Expectations and training on the software was provided by others in the office. Occasional perks like lunch or bagels brought into the office. Free coffee. Good wage.
Cons
Lack of raises; I received two in seven years. It's a boy's club with rare advancement for the women. New leader is a hot head. Construction is taking a downturn due to the Pandemic. Not sure about the growth for the next year or two.
