Pros

Despite some systems challenges (a messy CRM), this is the best run sales organization I've ever been apart of. Management decisions are intelligent, expectations are realistic, and great coworkers make for a very positive environment.

Cons

I have stress around some giant unforeseen change coming that ruins the current setup. Is that a con? Not a ton of upward mobility but, with the general company growth, I assume that will change.
