Pros
5 years and counting! Fun atmosphere to share with our interesting and intelligent group. We have a work hard, play hard feel. With the unbeatable flexibility, this company certainly makes juggling the work-home life much easier. I wouldn't trade that for anything! Never a dull moment as the unique Projects keep coming. Cloud based solutions are where it's all about. I hope you like having an international contact list like I do.
Cons
We are a very close company on global level. Working with people from different time zones can be challenging at times... but still interesting!

Great People. Products and solutions companies are looking for and purchasing. Lots of opportunity to grow and get promoted through the ranks. Business is solid and growing fast. SaaS solutions are the wave of the future and what companies are adopting.
Cons
Time zones can be good and bad. Culture from county to county can always be a challenge but very friendly.
