There is a very unique perspective on the approach to the company's business module. The team culture is positive, and leadership is communicative and congenial. My coworkers are supportive and make it a good environment for collaboration.
Cons
Meeting sales targets and managing applications may lead to some stress depending on (peak or stagnant) seasons. It does not have a major part in the experience, whether it's holds any defeatism or just part of the process.
