Users say... "Supervisors are always in eachother cubicle, property gets stolen and they don’t do investigation, spanish reps barely get days off, favoritism is very strong, supervisors can barely help people, rumors are spread throughout the center about reps, cannot have your phone, they change the number on the boards to make it seem less busy, the traning is not done in a way to help reps." "Yet at the same time someone that doesn't know how to do their job and puts out cruddy work will get a promotion to 'make them look good' and get transferred to another manager." "No training to move up in the company." "Better communication amongst leadership in all departments" "Positions are given because Upper management may know Rep and others can be overlooked."
