Good Pay with a generous bonus scheme -Only 4 students per class (sometimes less) -All material already provided -A friendly manager that follows you all the time A Chinese Teaching assistant that monitors and assists with your class if needed Panda welcomes and encourages input from teachers Salary review every 6 months A generous referral bonus ( currently 80 USD subject to conditions ) per applicant

Strict on rules about leave policy Frequent testing of teachers -Can select 2 days a week to teach ( But alternate days ) or teach full time 6 days a week ( max 2 hours per day ) Every class is monitored and every lesson video recorded
